Judy Lynn Hammond, age 54, of Dacula, GA passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2011. She was preceded in death by her father Joe Hammond, and sister Joni Hammond. She is survived by her son and his fiancé, David Hammond and Amanda Luciano, Dacula, GA; mother, Miriam Hammond, Dacula, GA; sister and brother-in-law Janet and Jerry Cauley, Cumming, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Steve and Pam Hammond, Grayson, GA, Scott Hammond, Lawrenceville, GA, Shawn Hammond, Atlanta, GA; her dog, Maggie Mae; two nephews, Chris Cauley, and Lee Hammond; niece, Natasha Hammond; uncles and aunts, John and Peg Audsley, Woodstock, VT, and Robert and Rowena Ussery, Lakeland, FL. She was born April 14, 1957 in Atlanta, GA and attended Henderson High School. She had worked for IBM in Atlanta, GA. She was an avid sports fan that included the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Falcons football; she was also an Atlanta Braves baseball fan. She was of the Presbyterian Faith. Memorial service will be held on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society or the Gwinnett Humane Society.
