	John R. “Bob” Bolding, 75, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2012. His battle with Alzheimer is over. He was born May 10, 1936, son of the late W. V. and Lelia Bolding, and a sister of the late Geraldine B. Quinones. Bob was a lifelong resident of Buford, GA. He was a 1957 graduate of Buford High School, a graduate of the University of Georgia and a veteran of the United States Army. Bob was a Pressman for the Gwinnett Daily News from 1968 to 1992 when it was dissolved. He went to work for Publix Super Markets in 1998 to 2009. Most weekend customers were greeted by his wide smile, stickers and candy for their children. He had a need to be productive and work past his retirement age. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Day officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m.
