Mrs. Lorene Fowler Thornhill, age 82, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Thursday, June 07, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Thornhill; parents, Dewitt and Sophie Fowler; brother, Talmadge Fowler; sister, Marie Moss. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Jennie and Johnny Clement, Inman, SC and Teresa and Patrick Fredrich, Roswell, GA; grandchildren, Leslie Robinson, Tucker, GA, Shellie Lister, Spartanburg, SC, Angie Elder, Boiling Springs, SC and Sophie Fredrich, Roswell, GA; six great-grandchildren; sister, Mildred Fowler Wood, Sugar Hill, GA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Thornhill was born September 17, 1930 in Cumming, GA. She was retired from Scientific Atlanta and a member of North Gwinnett Baptist Church. Funeral Service will be Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Reverend Cary Hudson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
