	Joan Thelma Flanagan, age 81, of Buford, GA, formerly of Buffalo, NY passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in the home of her family of Dru Ann Webster of Duluth, GA. She is survived by her daughter, Dru Ann Webster and her husband Arthur David Webster; granddaughters Jessica Chorley (Luke Chorley), Jennifer Wood (Christopher Wood), both of Hall County, GA.; two grandsons, Robbie and Andy Sweet of Thousand Oaks, CA; her three great grandchildren, Holden, Honor, and Henry, a son Robert (Susan), of California. Her dog Kelly of fourteen years was by her side through her whole ordeal. The family will receive friends at Flanigan Funeral Home on Sunday, August 19, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. There will be a service in Buffalo, NY at a later date. Joan retired from the Buffalo City Sewer Authority after serving thirty years and was a resident of the Riverside Area all of her life. Her last year was spent in Buford, GA where she made her home. Contributions to consist of people making amends with at least one person in their life.
