Charlene really helped us to keep our daughter in school and receive her much needed meds on a regular schedule. I saw her last May at the 8th grade graduation with her scarf on her head, and she seemed to be in such good spirits, as she always was. My heart goes out to your family for your loss. 	Mrs. Charlene Bantis Kerry, age 54, of Suwanee, GA passed away Monday, August 13, 2012. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Bantis and mother, Lucia Bantis. She is survived by her husband of eighteen years, Howard “Hank” Kerry, Suwanee, GA; daughter, Jacquie Kerry; son, Charlie Kerry; stepdaughter, Christine and Kyle Ganey, Valdosta, GA; granddaughter, Aubrey Ganey, Valdosta, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Theodore and Donna Bantis, Dunlap, IL and Charles and Susan Bantis, Carbondale, CO; mother-in-law Delores Kerry, Gainesville, FL; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Lynn and Bobby Williams, Gainesville, FL and Kim and Jim Lott, Charlotte, NC. Mrs. Kerry was born August 17, 1957 in Manchester, NH. She was a 1975 graduate of Manchester Central High School and a 1980 graduate of the Catholic Medical Center School of Nursing in Manchester, NH. She was employed with Gwinnett County Public Schools at North Gwinnett Middle School as a registered nurse. She was involved in the North Gwinnett Touchdown Club, Recreation League, cheerleading and Girls Scouts. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Lynn Williams officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m.
