I will always remember Rickey for his smile. Never saw him that he wasn't smiling. 	Mr. Rickey M. Wood, age 54, of Buford, GA passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Evans; father, Melvin Wood; sister Roxie Hubbard; and brother Shane Wood. He is survived by his mother, Flora D. Iler, Gainesville, GA; sister, Crystal Pinion, Dawsonville, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Wood was born July 26, 1958 in Atlanta, GA. He received his education at Duluth High School in Duluth, GA. He was a carpenter and was a member of Meloney Baptist Church in Gainesville, GA. Funeral service will be held Sunday, September 16, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Benny Parker and Rev. Rocky Stone officiating. Interment will follow at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery in Dawsonville, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
