Cecil F. Breedlove, age 83, of Buford, GA, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. He was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Dana Breedlove; parents Forrest and Ruby Mason Breedlove; sister, Bernie Breedlove Howington; brothers, Guy Breedlove, Edward Breedlove. Mr. Breedlove is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mildred Leach Breedlove of Buford, GA; daughter, Tonya Breedlove Mosley and husband, Jason of Buford, GA; sons, Todd Breedlove of Lawrenceville, GA, Toby Breedlove of Royston, GA; grandchildren, T.J. and Amber Breedlove, Luke and Kaitlin Breedlove, Brett and Alex Breedlove, Jake Breedlove, Lane Mosley, Grant Mosley, Ruby Grace Breedlove; great grandchildren, C.J. Breedlove, Parks Breedlove; sisters-in-law, Genevieve Breedlove, Margaret (George) Goss of Lawrenceville, GA, Minnie Bridges of Dacula, GA, Mame (Grady) Bannister of Griffin, GA, Sarah Leach of Good Hope, GA; Brothers-in-law, Sammy (Wanda) Leach of AL, Oscar Williams of Lawrenceville, GA. Mr. Breedlove was born June 27, 1941 in Lawrenceville, GA. He was a 1960 graduate of North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, GA. Mr. Breedlove was the owner of Cecil Breedlove Insulation for over 25 years. He also was an Entrepreneur in Real Estate for many years. Mr. Breedlove enjoyed collecting Antique Cars. He loved NASCAR and car shows. Mr. Breedlove was a longtime active member of Ivy Creek Baptist Church in Buford and a member of Truth Seekers Sunday School Class, Doyal Sims – Teacher. Cecil and his wife, Mildred, loved spending time at the Beach in Daytona Beach, FL. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and loved his family very much. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA with Dr. Craig Dale and Rev. Ted Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted or Memorials may be made to Ivy Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 2344, Buford, GA 30515, in memory of Cecil F. Breedlove.
