Dana Brogdon

Dana Brogdon, age 70, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2022. She was preceded in death by father, Dan Brogdon, and mother, Marilyn Davenport Brogdon; and brother, Danny Brogdon. Ms. Brogdon is survived by son, Nathan Brogdon of Sugar Hill; sister, Becky Brogdon Puckett of Sugar Hill; brother, Mark Brogdon of Sugar Hill; sister-in-law, Beth Brogdon of Auburn, GA; nieces, Leigh (Randy) Ghee of Lawrenceville, GA and Katie (Justice) Beaver of Auburn, GA; nephew, Dan Brogdon of Auburn, GA; two great nephews, Gabe Beaver and Oliver Beaver; uncle, Jake Davenport of Hixon, TN; and numerous cousins. Ms. Brogdon was born on March 27, 1951 in Buford, GA. She was a 1969 graduate of Buford High School, and was retired from Gwinnett County as Planning Review technician with twenty-five years of service. Ms. Brogdon was a member of Sugar Hill United Methodist Church. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and video games. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Wood officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the funeral home.
