Donna Diann Maze Smith December 28, 1951 – April 5, 2022 Mrs. Donna Diann Maze Smith, age 70, of 2801 Pebblebrook Court, Buford, went to her heavenly home Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Reda Grissom’s home (her co-grandparent and sister in Christ). Born on December 28, 1951 in Arab, Alabama, Donna was the daughter of the late Milburn B. Maze and Clara Mae Bell Henson. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Paul Ray Smith. She was a member of Suwanee Congregational Holiness Church, where she served as a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and a Sunday school teacher. Donna was a loving and an obedient daughter of her parents and a child of God. She was an amazing wife, mother, Meemaw, and friend to all who have known and loved her. She was a firm believer in education, proper English, and the need to correct double negatives. Donna was a faithful servant to her family, and most importantly, to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Survivors include Starla Smith (daughter), Davin Smith (son), and Leslie Bennett (second daughter). She is also survived by her grandchildren: Zachary, Makayla, Deanna, Kendra, Dabo, Rylee, Chase, and Jasper, as well as her great grandchildren: Vivian, Jeremy, Justin, Corey, and Vada. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Chestnut Mountain Church in Flowery Branch, Georgia on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 2:00 P. M. with Brother Wayne Thomason officiating.
