He is survived by his mother, Carol Ann Batey of Las Vegas, NV; and sisters, Laura Loncar of San Diego, CA, Gina Hancock of Buford, GA, and Anna Todd of Atlanta, GA. Mr. Loncar was born June 28, 1974 in La Mesa, CA. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
