Lawrence Carl Chambers, Sr., age 83 of Grayson, GA passed away on September 8, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Pruett Chambers, and one great grandchild. He is survived by his sons, Lawrence and Penny Chambers and Michael Chambers of Grayson; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sister, Kay Chambers. Mr. Chambers was born on April 7, 1938 in Ashville, NC. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Dr. Bill Coates officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 13.
