She is survived by her children, Brandon Murray, Hoschton, Justin Carnegie, Picayune, MS, Monica Murray Hutson, Baton Rouge, LA; five grandchildren; and one sister. Ms. Lowe was born on June 11, 1953 in Bogolusa, LA. She had an associate’s degree and a nursing degree and she was a retired registered nurse from Picayune Hospital in Picayune, MS. No formal service is planned.
