Teresa Goss Hutchins

November 5, 1969 - January 26, 2022

Teresa Goss Hutchins, age 52, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Teresa leaves behind to cherish her memory: Douglas Todd Hutchins; parents, Gary and Novella Goss; sister, Lisa Goss Seymour (Scottie); nephews, Chandler Pendley, Travis Hutchins (Erin); niece, Stephanie Mobley (Adam); father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gene and Doris Hutchins; brother-in-law, Chuck Hutchins (Wendy); along with extended family and friends. Teresa retired from CDC in 2018. She loved family, friends, animals, her job and helping others, and she loved spending time at the lake. She will always be remembered for her smile and generosity. Teresa was a Christian and of the Baptist faith. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Patchin and Rev. Denise B. Caldwell officiating. Interment will follow at Mobile Baptist Church Cemetery in McCaysville, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 30, 2022.
